God Is Calling for a Man

[Sermon Summary]
Sunday Service
5th October, 2025
Speaker: Rev. Precious Mungu Park
Text: Ezekiel 22:30–31
Topic: God Is Calling for a Man

Building involves finances to handle the cost of building materials like cement, blocks, woods, and so on. Just as a builder requires land, plans, and materials to construct a physical structure, believers are called to be spiritual builders equipped with divine resources and guidance. God is looking for men and women who will stand in the gap and build His church.
God’s Call to Build:
Every believer has been given unique abilities to contribute to God’s work. We are called to build the church, not destroy it. Building requires commitment, obedience, and the right relationship with God.

Relationship Before Service:
Many Christians focus on “working for God” instead of “working with God.” True builders must know God personally and understand His will. Without a genuine relationship with Christ, our service becomes empty.
Knowing Christ:
To be effective builders, we must know Christ and the power of His resurrection. Our strength and direction come from walking closely with Him as Lord and Savior.

Maximizing Every Opportunity:
Ephesians 5:16, reminded us as believers to make the most of every opportunity because the days are evil. Building God’s kingdom involves acts such as giving, praying, studying His Word, and using our gifts and talents faithfully.
Conclusion:
God is calling for faithful men and women who will stand in the gap and build His church. May we answer His call, work with Him, and remain faithful builders in all that we do.
